Hunger games arena

So i was thinking maybe some ops could create this huge arena sort of like the Hunger Games with hidden chests traps weapons and that sort of stuff.

I've seen the movie before and watched some people make the Hunger Games in minecraft. I really like the idea of this and i give it my double thumbs up for this.
I reckon other poeple will enjoy this as well. This will also attract other people to this server as ive seen other host the games adn a lot of people wanted to join!

The problem would be cheationg, I dont know how to moderate it.

People bringing in items u could just kill them too mak sure they have no equipment then let them into there launch pad thing

Spawning items the only problem u have will be the Took kit thing unless u find a plugin that disables there abilites to any commands

Yes! I love this idea. We can hold a game every week or so, maybe with the same arena until a new one is built. A game held every week so it's more organized than people randomly having a game. I'm sure we can figure something out about people getting rid of their items before they enter. And there are already two Hunger Games maps, in case you want to use another world for it.

We could organize a big event and put it on youtube like the survival games with the machinima realm.... there could maybe be like a game per month and the winner gets a good amount of imps or something

lol we could get like sly and chimneyswift probly but my original idea was to mock them because they did it first, not to actually invite them. But inviting them would kick arse!

I think I know how to stop cheating. Ok 1st isn't there a way for ops to see what is in people's inventory so people can not bring items in. 2nd you could make a new rank called tribute that makes you unable to use /back or /spawn or /warp or anything pretty much.
