How long have you played this server?: I'm not sure, but quite a few months. I definitely joined before 1.2, and when Piecraft had only the blog and not the forum. I think around January or February, but I could be wrong. Since I joined, the map has been reset twice (if that helps). If anyone remembers Samamy, soon after I joined, he left, I believe. CGBlox and I were friends, before he left. Adalin was on a lot back then as well.
Tell us a bit about yourself: I'm not sure what I should say here! For starters, I'm probably one of the most "tomboy" girls you'll ever meet without me actually being homosexual (as some of you may have noticed). I try to be as generous and fair as I possibly can. I try not to cheat in Minecraft, but if someone is really willing to help me or donate something to me, I'll take it. I'll admit I'm quite the pushover sometimes, but I won't really let anyone off the chain more than once. Mess up once, fine, I'll forgive you. Twice, no. One of my favorite things in the world is Minecraft and has been since I started playing almost right when Beta came out. Generally, I try to be nice and make friends with people. I love making new friends and I love helping people (believe it or not). If you're rude to me or unwilling to be friends, then I probably will be abrasive towards you at first. Honestly, I'm not sure how I'd perform if I actually became a mod. I would probably be rather lenient on people, but I'd still be able to enforce the rules. Like I stated earlier, I'm not willing to forgive more than once; but I am willing to forgive. If this isn't acceptable, it doesn't make a huge difference--I'd still enforce the rules, keep an eye on people, and do my job as a mod.
Why Do I want to be a Mod?: I love this server. I (probably along with many, many others) don't stick to a server for more than a month or so, because usually by that time it's changed for the worse, or been griefed, or just gone downhill. Personally, I stay here because Piecraft has improved over the time I've been here rather than diminished. It sticks to its roots as (generally) a vanilla SMP server, which I don't really find too much of these days. It's always plugin this and plugin that with economy or guilds or special levels of jobs; but here, I can just play regular Minecraft with my online buddies. Even with all these new additions--money (I think it's pretty new, I don't remember having it around when I started playing...... XD), survival games, a spleef arena--nothing really ruins the server for me. Plus, the ~10 regulars that log in every day or so (that aren't staff members) have really grown on me, I've made many new friends. And, that number is slowly growing. I want to protect the community of regulars we all know and love, along with newcomers who are hopefully here to stay. Griefers and trolls don't deserve to be on the server. >:C
What is the most important part of being a Mod?: Doing your job. I've gone on too many Minecraft servers where mods are online and do absolutely nothing against griefers and pests, and those who simply become a mod to abuse the benefits. "Mod" is short for "Moderator" and you get the title for a reason! You have to maintain the community and help those in need. Being a mod is a privilege. If you're a mod, you have a job, and you need to do it.

Lance this was probably the best well written moderator application I've ever seen. I spent some time on mine, but it shows that you really tried your hardest to express why you want to be mod and some accurate information about yourself. You always try to be the nicest and fairest person and I appreciate that. Also you always get the most creepy things said to you, and you always ignore them or simply laugh at them.

Oh my goodness, thank you all so very much! I really only had 5-10 minutes to type that, and I didn't even proofread or anything. But seriously, holy cow, I didn't think I'd get this much support. I added a bunch of information in the first post and edited some stuff so go take another look-see if you want. Since we just updated and hired two new mods (congratulations, by the way :D), I don't think we're looking for any more, but it's really nice to have your support! It's really appreciated, thanks again everyone!
