Desert Region Issue With Kebabpie

So as some of you might know, Me and commander have been working on a not so secret village anymore thingy. It has been going well. It's called Iglooville and is in a desert. I originally started building on the land when I looked on the online map. I found a middle-sized desert biome with no protection/warps on it or anywhere near it. Basically in the middle of nowhere. But then, as we started flattening land to start building, we come across this message:
*This area is protected by Kebabpie*
Then you step back one block and it says:
*This area is NOT protected by Kebabpie.
The thing is, on the map, it doesn't show any protection whatsoever except for the small area we bought. There is also nothing built over there, just a plain desert and a little jungle, but nothing built at all.

So, if possible, I would like to figure out:
A: If you are using this land for a future project Kebab
B: If I can buy the land so I can resume working on Iglooville.

Yah please respond A.S.A.P., If any op can help too, I'd like to negotiate this. It is starting to get in the way. I also double checked the map today, nothing is anywhere near our quiet village. So I would like to purchase the land, me and commander actually, because together we have over 350k imps, so we can pay well for the land is u want us to.

Me and kebab talked about this when commander start nag about it. He said it was to okay to sell you some land but an OP will be the third part.

Later that day I asked both of you how much land you needed and I will give it to you. You answered that you just wanted to talk to kebab about it.

? I was never in on this, if I remember correctly, I thought you were talking to commander about moving the region a little or something... We just need a little land, I'm still unsure why it's even there, is something going to be built there?

Well. He paid for an area before you went there. What he is doing with it dosnt matter?

Basically you will pay an op who will give you a new region on top on his region. There you may build. And the money goes to kebab.

Well shouldn't the area protected by him be on the MAP?
